Take it out. Use it like you mean it. If it doesn't hold up in the first 30 days, send it back and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your call.

How it works

  1. Contact us with your order number and what went wrong.
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and address within one business day.
  3. Ship it back. Once it arrives, refunds go to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

The fine print (kept short)

  • 30 days from delivery.
  • Normal field use is fine — that's the point of the guarantee. We just ask that you send back everything that came in the box.
  • Defective or damaged-on-arrival gear: we cover return shipping. Changed your mind: you cover return shipping.

We'd rather lose a sale than have you out there with gear you don't trust.
