Take it out. Use it like you mean it. If it doesn't hold up in the first 30 days, send it back and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your call.
How it works
- Contact us with your order number and what went wrong.
- We'll send you a return authorization and address within one business day.
- Ship it back. Once it arrives, refunds go to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
The fine print (kept short)
- 30 days from delivery.
- Normal field use is fine — that's the point of the guarantee. We just ask that you send back everything that came in the box.
- Defective or damaged-on-arrival gear: we cover return shipping. Changed your mind: you cover return shipping.
We'd rather lose a sale than have you out there with gear you don't trust.
